Job Summary

A healthcare solutions platform provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workday Health Systems Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support HRIS configuration related initiatives from an Employee Life Cycle perspective
  • Identify bugs, defects, or areas of improvement in both configuration and business processes
  • Provide support for Workday issues and triage support tickets in JIRA to HR, Finance, or IT team in JIRA

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience with one or more Workday modules required
  • HCM, Financials, Reporting, Integrations and/or Security is required
  • Working knowledge of HR and/or finance business processes
  • Experience with JIRA, AZURE, Google, or other IT platforms is a plus
  • Create and maintain dashboards, standard and custom reports on a scheduled or on-demand basis
  • Troubleshoot and support the resolution for Workday integration issues and third-party systems
