Job Summary
A financial solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workday Human Capital Management Recruiting Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading large projects through all stages of the project life cycle
- Being a liaison between clients and the internal staff to ensure effective coordination and delivery of Workday implementations
- Building and testing Workday and ensuring that all requirements meet the client needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Bachelor's degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study
- Workday HCM or Recruiting Certification is required
- 5 plus years previous experience implementing HCM, Applicant Tracking (Recruiting), or Compensation systems
- Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization
- Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations
