Job Summary
A business process as a service company is seeking a Telecommute Workday Performance and Learning Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying and analyzing business needs
- Leading the Workday implementation process from start to finish
- Facilitating kickoffs, requirement gathering and knowledge transfer sessions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 25%+
- Expert-level proficiency and Workday certified in one or more functional areas
- 2 years’ Workday experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent Workday certified consulting
- Experience with one or more systems
- Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes
- Knowledge of leading project management methodologies
