Job Summary

A medical technology company is in need of a Telecommute Workday Reporting Lead Analyst in Portage.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as Tier 2 contact for most complicated ad-hoc and scheduled reporting requests
  • provide exceptional support for reporting requests received via our case management system or from leadership
  • Develop and maintain simple to complex dashboards to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of reporting experience as a Data Analyst and/or Business or Systems Analyst
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday reporting, including calculated fields, advanced, matrix, dashboards, and scorecards
  • A strong understanding of core Human Resources functions and typical workforce management processes preferred
  • A passion for creating an exceptional user experience
  • Expertise with Workday (HRIS), advanced MS Excel skills (V-Looks ups, pivot tables and PowerPoint)
