Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Telecommute Workers Comp Maintenance Claims Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage Claim professionals with corresponding claim inventories
  • Utilize financial reporting tools to monitor and address reserve accuracy and trending
  • Identify fraud indicators and initiate investigation on assigned claims

Required Skills:

  • Travel 10% of the time
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Workers' Compensation claim handling experience with consistent high level of performance and achievement
  • 3+ years WC Claims/Handler experience
  • Strong communication skills and leadership skills in terms of teaching, guiding, coaching and developing staff
  • Ability to partner with internal and external customers Strong analytical skills
  • CPCU, CIC, SCLA or other professional designation, or working toward such designation
