Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Telecommute Workers Compensation Senior Field Case Manager in Irvine.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Managing a remote team
• Setting and executing strategic growth operational objectives
• Managing and developing RN FCM Supervisors

Position Requirements Include:

• 4+years formal leadership role over RN Case Managers in a Workers' Compensation setting
• Strong technical skills including excel & other reporting tools & software
• Demonstrated budgeting and P&L competency
• RN preferred but not required BS MBA huge plus
