Job Summary
A provider of integrated computer systems is in need of a Telecommute Workflow Business Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting on-site customer operational and/or systems analysis resulting in problem identification
- Designing solutions by creating workflows to automate and solve identified repetitive tasks
- Effectively discussing products, services and solutions with customers to ensure client retention
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel up to 10% for customer onsite engagement; also possible training and conferences attendance
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in consulting in the areas of either Information Technology and/or Business Processes
- Experience with XML and XLST
- 3+ years of banking experience
- Web Service Experience
