Job Summary
A global healthcare compamy needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workforce Delivery Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Focusing on intraday scheduling 4-weeks out and maintain Master skill files/CMS scripts
- Serving as the site POC for the forecasting team
- Monitoring key metrics and understand root cause of variation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED (or higher)
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- 1+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) experience
- Demonstrated excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
