Job Summary

A consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workforce Education Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and maintaining an updated curriculum database
• Developing and designs all course models, plans, content, schedules, materials, educational aids, etc
• Conducting an organization wide training needs

Required Skills:

• 30% Travel
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Specialist, Manager, etc
• Proven experience developing and delivering full cycle trainings
• Proven work experience designing training programs from the ground-up
• Bachelors or Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience with traditional and modern job training methods
