Job Summary

A company that provides mortgage services has an open position for a Telecommute Workforce Engagement Diversity Equity and Inclusion Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing processes and tools to increase retention and diverse representation
  • Working with other DEI Coordinators to establish and co-lead quarterly Employee Rounds Table session
  • Mentoring managers on how to embed DEI into the employee life cycle

Qualifications Include:

  • Five to seven years experience in Human Resources
  • Experience leading internal diversity initiatives
  • Experience and understanding of inclusion and diversity strategie
  • Demonstrated experience and proven success in thinking outside of the box to develop and implement diversity initiatives in a remote environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and competing demands in a deadline-driven environment
