A healthcare insurance provider is seeking a Telecommute Workforce Management Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Generate monthly customer service representative schedules
- Analyze and manage daily scheduling procedures and schedule changes
- Manage proactive workload scheduling
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years’ workforce management experience or equivalent
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills
- Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
