Job Summary

A healthcare insurance provider is seeking a Telecommute Workforce Management Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Generate monthly customer service representative schedules
  • Analyze and manage daily scheduling procedures and schedule changes
  • Manage proactive workload scheduling

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years’ workforce management experience or equivalent
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
  • Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
