Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Workforce Management Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing workforce data and execute staffing model and plan
  • Leveraging call and contact demand analysis
  • Communicating your findings to stakeholders

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5 years working in a call center environment
  • Working knowledge of call center processes and metrics
  • Knowledge of phone systems and scheduling software
  • Knowledge of WFM software (or comparable)
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast and allocate resources
  • Ability to understand Process Flows and IVR Call Trees
