A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Workforce Management Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing workforce data and execute staffing model and plan
- Leveraging call and contact demand analysis
- Communicating your findings to stakeholders
Position Requirements Include:
- 5 years working in a call center environment
- Working knowledge of call center processes and metrics
- Knowledge of phone systems and scheduling software
- Knowledge of WFM software (or comparable)
- Demonstrated ability to forecast and allocate resources
- Ability to understand Process Flows and IVR Call Trees
