Job Summary

A healthcare provider has an open position for a Telecommute Workforce Management Business Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Design, develop and continuously improve volume & staffing forecasting models and tools across various business units
  • Liaison with business partners to gather relevant information to predict future volume and productivity impacts
  • Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex workforce data through detailed modeling

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in business data analysis and workforce forecasting/planning/metrics
  • Experience working with business subject matter experts (SMEs) and operations leaders
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes
  • Intermediate or greater proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
