Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workforce Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing Real Time Analysts and Scheduling and Forecasting Analysts
- Monitoring forecasting effectiveness and accuracy at all levels
- Ensuring service levels and productivity goals are met.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to deliver presentations confidently to both in-person and virtual audiences
- BS/BA degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- 7+ years in a multi-skilled contact center environment
- 5+ years of contact center management experience
- 5 years of experience using Workforce Management software
