Job Summary

A business services company is seeking a Telecommute Workforce Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and forecasting
  • Making hiring and staffing decisions
  • Ensuring achievement of service levels

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years operation management or financial experience
  • Advanced skills with MS Excel and Lucent/Avaya
  • Degree/Credit hours in math/accounting/finance Excellent documentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet project deliverables and tight deadlines
