Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Workforce Planning and Analysis Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing overall management of WFM team to include hiring, training, and scheduling
- Providing team coaching and development
- Ensuring that the scheduling function is providing optimal forecasting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Workforce Management software (eWFM, IEX, Verint, etc)
- Advanced experience in Excel with competency in VB and VBA for reporting automation
- Experience in process improvement, change management and overall operational excellence
- Strong working knowledge of Windows based programs
- Experience with Tableau or another cube-based analytics platform
