Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Workforce Planning and Analysis Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing overall management of WFM team to include hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Providing team coaching and development
  • Ensuring that the scheduling function is providing optimal forecasting

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Workforce Management software (eWFM, IEX, Verint, etc)
  • Advanced experience in Excel with competency in VB and VBA for reporting automation
  • Experience in process improvement, change management and overall operational excellence
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows based programs
  • Experience with Tableau or another cube-based analytics platform
