Job Summary
A healthcare and insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workforce Planning Senior Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Compile, analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data
- Review and report on key operational metrics
- Develop and operate short and long-term business staffing solutions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of Workforce Management (WFM) or corollary experience
- 3+ years of experience with long range planning, financial modeling and complex data analysis
- 3+ years of experience handling complex operations and financial issues
- Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems
