Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Workforce Scheduling Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Liaising between Operations Manager and Workforce Manager
  • Maintaining list of contact information on the Workforce Management SharePoint
  • Ensuring agent/representatives data and admin logistics

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of one year experience in call center workforce management
  • Experience working in Workforce Management tools
  • Must understand industry-standard call center metrics
  • Must demonstrate outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn software applications
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi task and prioritize
