Job Summary

A business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Workplace Safety Regional Field Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Participating in the hiring/selection process
• Writing and conducting performance evaluations and progress reports
• Creating and implementing annual field sales territory plan

Required Skills:

• Travel expectation is 50% and the travel will primarily be in the Western region
• 15+ years of business experience with 10+ years of field sales experience selling workplace safety, environmental, and/or human resources solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in business related field
• 5+ years experience managing field sales executives in remote office environments
• Demonstrated experience in a field sales program start-up, or new service launches
