Job Summary

An open source software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Worldwide Compliance Director in Portland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Using regular reviews with staff to lead and motivate the team
• Maintaining subject matter expertise in selling terms
• Maintaining detailed knowledge of the status of the business

Required Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in managing a team of Compliance Managers or Senior Sales individuals
• Ability to motivate a team in order to succeed through the success of the team
• Understanding and experience of delivering appropriate reporting to management
• An understanding of software licensing terms and the subscription model in an Open Source environment
• A general interest in technology and an ability to understand how software is deployed and managed within enterprise IT environments
• An undergraduate degree in law, or similar academic subject
