Job Summary

A digital consulting company is seeking a Telecommute Xstore Digital Application Operations Leader in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead Xstore Operational Support, Enhancements, and Bug Fixes to ensure consistent delivery of IT services to our business stakeholders
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise
  • Provide oversight for our third-party support providers to ensure they are meeting both SLA and customer satisfaction requirements

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with POS – Oracle Xstore, Xcenter, Xadmin
  • Experience with RFID
  • Experience with Audit and Task Management
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Ability to lead our vendor-managed support teams by providing subject matter expertise for complex technical problems
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
