Job Summary
A nonprofit company is seeking a Telecommuting 2018 - 2019 Grades 3 to 12 Latin Teacher.
Must be able to:
- Administer formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress
- Assign lessons and correct classwork and homework in a timely manner
- Prepare effective lessons, instruct, and motivate students
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel as necessary (i.e. field trips, class trips, trainings, etc.)
- Have two or more years of documented experience teaching online courses for students in Grades 3-12
- Texas State Teacher’s Certification as Elementary Generalist or Elementary Self-Contained Teacher
- Successfully complete continuing professional development specific to online learning every three years
- Have a graduate degree in online or distance learning
