Job Summary

An online education provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting 2018 to 2019 High School Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing the entire onboarding process for assigned students
  • Contacting every student on their caseload by phone for a monthly conference call
  • Completing "winback" calls for students wishing to withdraw

Required Skills:

  • 10% Travel
  • Experience coordinating academically-oriented clubs and extracurricular activities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to pass the required background check
