Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Healthcare Client Support Representative in Las Cruces.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting all actions in tickets including customer contacts and resolution
- Handling all inbound calls, email, and chat
- Maintaining patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field or related area with demonstrated leadership skills
- High School Diploma Required or GED equivalent
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Internet applications
- Understanding basic computer functions, software and related interactions.
