Job Summary
A healthcare and health insurance company is in need of a Telecommuting 2nd Shift Medicare Clinical Guidance Specialist in the Miramar Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collecting broad based information and gathering resources and data
- Making outbound calls to engage members and/or providers to verify clinical information
- Creating and sending out written correspondence
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 5 % of the time
- Must reside within daily commuting distance to Miramar Florida
- Minimum 1 year Medical Terminology
- Minimum 1 year Medical Terminology
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of computers, or a demonstrated technical aptitude
