Job Summary

A business management company is in need of a Telecommuting Absence and Disability Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing value-added consulting expertise on complex Absence and Productivity projects
• Serving as primary contact to specific clients and provide absence subject matter expertise
• Performing Leave & disability vendor audits

Qualifications Include:

• Availability to travel, as-needed up to 20%
• 10+ years of total related absence experience
• B.A./B.S.
• Participation in professional organization(s) specific to business
• Demonstrated success in managing client issues and relationships
• Experience with training clients and other stakeholders, able to speak to groups and in public
