Job Summary
A retail pharmacy company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Account Management Senior Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring teams achieve maximum scope and reach utilization with an emphasis on cost efficiency and expense management
- Supporting proactive contract management
- Identifying opportunities, developing strategies, presenting recommendations, and implementing innovative solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel regularly, up to 50%
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience required
- Ten years of client account management leadership experience
- Strong financial and business acumen and contract negotiation skills
- Demonstrated track record of success in leadership of remote client/account management teams in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to understand and break down highly complex situations to deliver an impactful solution in real time
