Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommuting Administrative Assistant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting accreditation staff and schools through emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence
- Assisting with event preparations and attend training and regional commission meetings
- Maintaining regional office website as it pertains to accreditation
Required Skills:
- Ability and willingness to travel up to four times a year for two to three days
- Three or more years of experience in an office environment
- Ability to develop strong relationships with accreditation leaders in each school
- Mastery of computer applications including Word, Excel, Access, cloud-based programs and other database applications
