Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommuting Administrative Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting accreditation staff and schools through emails, phone calls, and mail correspondence
  • Assisting with event preparations and attend training and regional commission meetings
  • Maintaining regional office website as it pertains to accreditation

Required Skills:

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to four times a year for two to three days
  • Three or more years of experience in an office environment
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with accreditation leaders in each school
  • Mastery of computer applications including Word, Excel, Access, cloud-based programs and other database applications
