A digital marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Administrative Assistant in Laredo.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handling Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence Mail and Email
- Preparing bills and taking payments
- Answering the phone in a timely manner and directing calls to the correct offices
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Dealing with bookings face-to-face as needed
- Prior Secretary, Assistant, or Administrative Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Great Time Management Skills
- Able to Contribute Proactively and be a Part of the Team, even being Remote
