Job Summary

An organization that supports and strategizes with progressive leaders is in need of a Telecommuting Administrative Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Scheduling team and client meetings
  • Coordinating details for in-person group meetings
  • Managing workflow

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel is required 3-6 times per year to events at various locations across the country
  • Four to six years of experience with event planning, project coordination, administrative support, and systems management
  • A collaborative, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, resourceful individual with exceptional organizational skills
  • A self-starter that brings passion, curiosity, and pride to your work
