Job Summary
An organization that supports and strategizes with progressive leaders is in need of a Telecommuting Administrative Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Scheduling team and client meetings
- Coordinating details for in-person group meetings
- Managing workflow
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel is required 3-6 times per year to events at various locations across the country
- Four to six years of experience with event planning, project coordination, administrative support, and systems management
- A collaborative, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, resourceful individual with exceptional organizational skills
