Job Summary
An HR technology consulting firm is seeking a Telecommuting Administrative Services Specialist in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing responsibilities in Admin Team Mail box and Vendor Relationships
- Providing support to the Management team
- Assisting with Management travel and team member conference registration
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Check mailbox and distribute mail as necessary at least twice a week
- Must have at least five years of office experience with supporting Director and above.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Diligent documentation habits
- Microsoft Office skills
