Job Summary

A college university is in need of a Telecommuting Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Program Faculty Instructor.

Must be able to:

  • Educate students by effectively and proficiently using online technology and resources
  • Verify the accuracy of student postings and submissions
  • Provide feedback and grades to students through the learning platform

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Some travel will be required to attend National Faculty meetings and/or commencement activities
  • Earned Masters in Nursing (MSN) and an earned Doctorate (preferably in Nursing or related field) from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated coursework in the advanced nursing practice specialty
  • Two years clinical/practical experience as a nurse practitioner
  • A minimum of two years experience of teaching in a nurse practitioner specialty
  • All other requirements listed on the job lead
