Job Summary

A technology provider has a current position open for a Telecommuting Advisory Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with QA testing for new and or improved supplier integrations
  • Track and handle billable Supplier support services
  • Ensure all business and technical requirements are properly documented

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency with understanding and documenting workflow
  • 5 years' experience in mortgage banking and/or LOS software administration
  • Proficiency with technical requirements associated with web services
  • Ability to interpret Client questions and choose the optimal troubleshooting path
