Job Summary

A travel company has a current position open for a Telecommuting After Hours Associate Manager in San Antonio.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing a team of agents who book worldwide travel
  • Working directly with the Manager on day to day operations
  • Overseeing all itineraries, verifying reservations for appropriate QC and reviewing travel authorizations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5 years of experience as an Agent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
  • Full working knowledge and proficiency in Fly America, Open Skies, and Federal Travel Regulation
  • Strong international background both geographical and rate structures
