A home health care company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting After Hours Healthcare OnCall Manager in Brandon.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Retrieve messages from our answering service
- Coordinate all clinical issues with the on-call nurse
- Problem solve and handle emergencies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to train in the office to manage this position from your home
- Strong customer service skills
- Staff scheduling experience (within home care preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
