Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommuting Algorithm Engineer 3.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain new algorithm ideas
- Create cost effective scalable systems and develop innovative algorithm solutions
- Test and assists in the verification and validation process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Up to 5% travel time required
- Graduate degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
- 5 or more years of experience in developing image analysis algorithms, demonstrating creativity and ability to translate algorithm ideas into production quality code
- Experience with full software test and release process, including some issue tracking system and some source control system
- Experience with code optimization and impact of algorithm variation on performance
- Good working knowledge of C#
