Job Summary

A company that offers consulting services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting AM Facility Assessment Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing written reports that accurately describe findings
  • Conducting energy audits, specifically GPNA and RAD
  • Conducting on-site inspections and building condition assessments

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel is variable up to 50%
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience conducting building assessments/Facility Condition Assessments (FCA)
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be able to write technical reports
