Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommuting Aspect Workforce Management Tool Expert.
Must be able to:
- Assist with the configuration and implementation of the new Genesys routing strategy
- Make necessary changes on the eWFM platform to integrate with those changes
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Aspect eWFM and eWFM Administrator
- Experience with RTA and knowledge of Aspect/ Genesys integration and GPlus Adapter
- Complete understanding of Workforce Management process flow including forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling
- Experience with call flow technologies and strategies
- Ability to present and communicate with different levels of business partners
