Job Summary
A real estate professional services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Assistant Project Manager in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment
- Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions
- Assist project team on projects and assignments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of construction, architecture or commercial real estate industry
- 0 - 2 years experience as Project Coordinator or Construction/Architecture graduate
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products
