Job Summary
A real estate company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Assistant State Administrative Broker.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting training to enhance agent’s knowledge of contract, risk management, and state real estate law
- Promptly responding to agents request for assistance
- Effectively consulting and engaging with agents and others in problem-solving of matters
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness and ability to travel within the state
- Holds an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management, and legal compliance
- A keen interest in and high-level experience in real estate compliance activities
- A deep knowledge and understanding of legal obligations of real estate professionals under the state and federal law
- Proven track record of managing a small to medium brokerage firm
- Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
