Job Summary
A digital product design platform is filling a position for a Telecommuting Authentication Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of 5-7 engineers to own our users’ authentication experiences
- Work with stakeholders from across the organization
- Mentor and help engineers to plan and execute their career paths
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Prior experience managing a team (or teams) of Engineers
- Passion for creating and mentoring engineering teams
- Willingness to own the problem and drive towards a speedy solution
- Keen eye for details and delivering quality products on tight timelines
- Ability to comprehend and understand complex systems as a whole
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
