Job Summary

An IT and service company has a current position open for a Telecommuting AWS Solutions Architect in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Finalizing an implementation plan and providing input on generating a Statement of Work
  • Explaining complex technical topics in an understandable manner and gaining consensus on project plans
  • Meeting with clients to understanding their needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel 25% - 49% of the time to meet with customers and to attend events, etc
  • 3-5 years of experience working in software and on DevOps technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience
  • nowledge of relevant databases including but not limited to SQL, NoSQL, Oracle and DB2
  • Understanding of IT/Developer workflows in large enterprises
