Job Summary

Smart Systems Technology is seeking highly motivated, experienced individuals to fill a B2B appointment setting position. We are searching for people with great hearts, great minds and a high determination level to join our professional team. The ideal candidate must be comfortable on the phone, possess good selling skills and be able to communicate effectively about each client you are calling on behalf of.

We're a virtual company, so you work from home. No commute, no parking and you create your own dress code. It doesn't get much better than that. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Leads, phone system, and proprietary software tracking system will be provided.

Eligible for Paid Vacation after 6 months of employment and 9 paid holidays immediately upon hiring. Performance reviews conducted after 6 months and one year with potential for wage increases.

Requirements: 2 or more years phone experience (preferably outbound calling), great attitude, self motivated, excellent verbal/written communication skills, computer proficiency, ability to work remotely in quiet environment, high speed internet connection (Not DSL), land line or VoIP and functional computer with Windows 7 or above.

Three (3) professional and three (3) character references are required. An in-depth background check will be performed on all candidates. Please include a resume.
