Job Summary

A food and agriculture producer is seeking a Telecommuting Bakery Technical Service Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and execute new business development projects
  • Apply market knowledge, customer insights and technical depth in Bakery & Lecithin application spaces
  • Manage, prioritize, and report on a portfolio of new business development and support projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Minimum 5 years in Research & Development or Technical Services
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry or a related degree
  • Bakery research, food product development, or ingredient technical service experience
  • Experience working with lecithin and/or other bakery emulsifiers
  • Prior experience in managing customer relationships
