Job Summary
A company in the healthcare industry is in need of a Telecommuting Benefits Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Lead open enrollment and changes to benefit plans
- Answer employee questions regarding all benefits
- Maintain 401k plan processes; change management, quality controls, auditing
Qualifications Include:
- 3 years' experience in Benefit Administration
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Strong background administering FMLA, Leave of Absence, temporary disability, COBRA, and 401(k).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of all benefit programs (e.g., Life, Disability, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), plans
- Experience working with computer software including Word, Excel and Access required
