Job Summary

A company in the healthcare industry is in need of a Telecommuting Benefits Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Lead open enrollment and changes to benefit plans
  • Answer employee questions regarding all benefits
  • Maintain 401k plan processes; change management, quality controls, auditing

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years' experience in Benefit Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • Strong background administering FMLA, Leave of Absence, temporary disability, COBRA, and 401(k).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of all benefit programs (e.g., Life, Disability, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), plans
  • Experience working with computer software including Word, Excel and Access required
