Job Summary

A product company is in need of a Telecommuting Big Data IOT Enterprise Sales Engineer in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide detailed product information, installation and configuration support to prospects
  • Collaborate with product engineering, product management, and customer success teams
  • Guide on the placement of solution sets in an Enterprise Architecture

Qualifications Include:

  • Technical Background
  • 3 + years experience with core infrastructure technologies including operating systems and relational databases (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • 3 + years experience implementing or supporting data warehouse and business intelligence technologies
  • Comfort working with a data integration tool (ETL)
  • Working knowledge of web application development tools such as CSS, HTML, JBDC, JavaScript, SQL, and XML
  • An understanding of Hadoop HDFS and MapReduce framework internals
