Job Summary

A genetic information corporation is seeking a Telecommuting Bilingual English and Spanish Client Services Specialist in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Adopting a mindset of continuous process improvements that will enhance client satisfaction
  • Facilitating clients during the entire sample to report process from coordinating mobile phlebotomy draws for patients to updating clients about status of orders
  • Responding clearly to customer inquiries over phone or email

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications such as Salesforce
  • 2 years experience working in a client-facing role in a work setting that is customer obsessed
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
  • High level of customer empathy
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
