Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Bilingual Japanese English Customer Experience Representative in Hilliard.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Offering existing customers additional programming, and promoting products and services
- Accepting payments by a variety of methods, and offering self-serve payment solutions
- Accurately responding to questions and assist customers (internal and external)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Training will be conducted on-site and last 13-15 weeks-After the new hire period, a minimum of one on-site workday per quarter will be required
- Must speak Japanese and English
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
- Ability to problem solve and use resources on proprietary software/tools
- Must meet minimum Internet specifications
- Strong sense of professionalism and active listening skills
