Job Summary
An outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Generating new automobile insurance quotes
- Cross selling products associated with automobile insurance coverage
- Answering inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1-year of call center experience or,1-year of experience at an insurance agency if you do not have call center experience
- Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in your resident state
- Fluency in the languages required
- Demonstrating empathy, Placing yourself in the customers shoes
