Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommuting Bilingual Mandarin Licensed Health Insurance Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving inbound calls from new and former customers
  • Using active listening skills to guide customers to the appropriate plan for them
  • Explaining company sales, medical underwriting, and enrollment process to set realistic member expectations

Required Skills:

  • An active Health Producer License
  • FFM Certified
  • AHip or Gorman Certified
  • Recent experience being a Health Insurance Agent for at least one season
  • A patient, caring, personality
  • Demonstrated success at being able to collect relevant info, determine needs, and connect customers to the appropriate health plan
